The Impact of a Partner Portfolio Analyst at Coupa:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Partner Success Team as a Partner Portfolio Analyst (PPA). As a PPA, you will play a crucial role in supporting and managing partners in our independent delivery program. Partners in this program consist of consulting and implementation practices, technology providers, and resellers focused on various areas such as source-to-contract, procure-to-pay, expense management, and more.
What You'll Do:
Support the Partner Program Manager as the primary point of contact. Maintain detailed information on assigned partners' projects, including key dates, project life cycle stages, and design/customer readiness documentation. Provide visibility of projects to internal stakeholders. Measure partner performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer product usage. Regularly report on project status through dashboard reporting in SFDC. Engage with partners to drive milestones and deliverables. Facilitate meetings and project reviews. Engage cross-functional support as needed. Conduct periodic partner project audits
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with a background in channel and partner development, delivery, execution, or account management. 2 - 4+ years of experience in SaaS delivery, preferably working with partners. Experience working in an offshore/nearshore team structure. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent time management and interpersonal skills. Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop working relationships at all levels of management. Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences. Strong project management and analytical skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively under pressure. Ability to support English-speaking clients
