We’ve already launched our pharmacy service that allows people to shop for their pets’ medications and supplements online and get them delivered to their doorstep in presorted medication pouches. Now we’re focused on continuing to improve that experience while building a suite of new products and services that will make the pet health experience even better.
We are looking for a Partner Relationship Manager to manage our growing B2B channel. In this role you will work closely with Veterinary Practices on enabling and improving their home delivery pharmacy solution. You will work cross-functionally with our Product, Customer Service, and leadership teams to deliver the best pet health experience for all!
What you'll do:
Manage the sales cycle with veterinary practices from lead generation and cold-call outreach, to demo and clinic close and through clinic onboardingProactively identify solutions to pain points and needs our potential customers have regarding the value of Koala’s unique serviceRemain current on industry trends and evolving needs of the animal health communityProvide a best-in-class experience for our prospects, including proactive communications and consistent follow up and follow through. Understand that each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to create a delightful experience
What you'll need:
High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelors Degree preferred3+ years of sales experience or B2B sales experience, preferably in the Animal Health IndustryExperience working in Veterinary/Pet careExcellent communication skills (spoken and written)Animal lover - Not required, but definitely a plus
