As the Partnership Manager, you will build and nurture meaningful relationships with external organizations, denominations, and ministry networks through regular virtual engagement and in-person travel that expands Tithe.ly’s reach and impact. You will drive revenue growth, develop collaborative go-to-market strategies, and ensure partners are equipped for long-term success. Working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer support, you will strengthen strategic partnerships that help more churches engage with Tithe.ly’s platform and services.
Primary Responsibilities of the Role:
Identify, establish, and grow strategic partnerships with organizations, affiliates, and ministry networks that expand market reach and drive revenue.
Build strong, long-term partner relationships through consistent communication, responsive support, and alignment to shared goals.
Develop and execute joint marketing and sales initiatives that increase partner engagement, product adoption, and overall contribution to revenue.
Own partner sales performance, including forecasting, reporting, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing relationships.
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, resolving issues quickly and ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction.
Travel up to 30% to attend partner meetings, conferences, denominational gatherings, and strategic relationship-building opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer support teams to provide partners with the tools, resources, and insights needed for success.
Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and service expectations while ensuring compliance and mutual value.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and partnership performance metrics to inform strategy and optimize growth.
Prepare and deliver presentations, reporting, and strategic recommendations to partners and internal stakeholders.
Monitor the effectiveness of partnership programs and continuously refine approaches using data-driven insights.

Technical Qualifications
Required
3+ years of direct experience in partnership management or strategic partnerships.
Proficiency in Hubspot.
Preferred
Experience working with church networks, denominations, or ministry-based organizations.
Background in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally within a mission-driven or nonprofit-serving company.
Office Requirements:
The starting annual salary for this role is between $80,000 and $90,000, plus eligibility for additional variable compensation.
