As we continue to scale, strong and well-managed supply partnerships are critical to our success. We are looking for a commercially driven Partnerships Manager to expand and grow our B2B accounts for our own OTA, and ensure that Vio users can always find the best rate from every supplier in the market.
As a Partnerships Manager (OTA), you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our accommodation supply partners, primarily bedbanks and wholesalers. Your goal will be to maximize commercial performance, improve rate competitiveness, and ensure operational excellence across integrations creating long-lasting sustainable relationship.
You will collaborate closely with Commercial, Pricing, Connectivity, Finance, and Product teams to optimize partner performance and unlock incremental revenue opportunities, playing a key role in accelerating Vio’s growth and success.
Partnerships Management
Own day-to-day relationships with assigned accounts
Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring long-term, sustainable and profitable relationships.
Conduct regular business reviews and performance discussions
Commercial Optimization
Monitor KPIs including revenue, margin, conversion, price competitiveness, and content quality
Identify gaps in rate competitiveness and availability
Negotiate improved commercial terms, overrides, and tactical promotions
Proactively identify supply opportunities in priority destinations and segments
Performance & Analytics
Analyze partner-level performance and provide clear insights on trends and fluctuations
Identify and resolve mapping gaps and pricing inconsistencies
Collaborate with internal teams to improve attribution, reporting clarity, and profitability
Operational Excellence
Oversee integration health, including connectivity stability, price accuracy, content completeness, and error rates
Coordinate with technical teams to resolve API, mapping, or availability issues
Ensure partners meet SLAs and contractual obligations
Strategic Growth
Support onboarding of new partners
Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion or exclusive/ secret deals
Contribute to supply diversification and risk mitigation strategy
Required
3+ years of experience in travel, OTA, bedbank, wholesaler, or hotel distribution
Strong understanding of B2B travel supply models and commercial mechanics
Experience managing external partners and negotiating commercial agreements
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
Structured, proactive, and commercially driven mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to build mutual trust among counterparts
Curiosity to understand the business, strategy and requirements to further drive Vio growth
A creative approach: you are not afraid to try out new ways of working and to challenge the status quo
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Experience with hotel connectivity (API/XML integrations)
Knowledge of rate types (net rates, dynamic pricing) and rate distribution rules
Experience working in an international environment, preferably in a (remote-friendly) scale-up.
