The Roles:
In these roles based in Richmond and Hawthorn, you will work in various admission areas processing elective and emergency patient bookings. You will be tasked with conducting health fund eligibility checks and estimates, preadmission organisation, admission and discharge of patients and bed allocations. The role will also involve responding promptly to enquiries and requests, handling patient accounts, as well as general administrative duties including data entry. The Patient Services Centre Richmond is open 7 days a week from 0600hrs to 2000hrs. You will need to be flexible to work on a rotating roster.

To be successful in this role...
Your well-developed administration, customer service and people skills see you adjust quickly and work effectively as part of any team that you join. Excellent with your time management and organisation skills, you can prioritise effectively to manage multiple requirements. Previous administration experience in the health care sector, medical or health fund industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
