Role Overview
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Payroll & Timekeeping Administrator to support our payroll and HR functions. This role is focused on reviewing employee timecards, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring attendance records are accurate and properly documented. The primary responsibility is reviewing and auditing timecards, making necessary adjustments, and preparing reports to support payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and proof employee timecards for accuracy and completeness
- Identify attendance concerns, discrepancies, and policy violations
- Adjust time entries as needed in accordance with company policies
- Generate and run timekeeping and attendance reports
- Maintain accurate documentation of employee time and attendance records
- Communicate clearly with managers and staff regarding timecard corrections
- Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Prior payroll or timekeeping experience required (proofing or auditing timecards preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Highly organized with the ability to manage recurring tasks efficiently
- Able to start immediately
