Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.5+ years pen test experience.Management/team lead experience managing projects/tasks against deadlines.Experience with continuous pen testing methodologies.Experience planning/conducting red team engagements.GPEN or GXPN AND GRTP, CRTL, OSCP, CRTP, CMWAPT, CEPT, CPT, LPT.CISA AES HVA Lead/Tech Lead (have/obtain as specified).Active Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
Conduct continuous penetration testing across applicable systems/environments.Plan and conduct red team engagements as required by the contract scope.Develop test plans, coordinate ROE approvals, and execute within constraints.Produce technical reports with severity, exploit paths, and remediation guidance.Support high-value asset assessment activities and certification needs.Coordinate with defenders to ensure findings translate into fixes and controls.Perform continuous penetration testing and red team–style activities to identify exploitable weaknesses and validate security posture. Plan and execute tests within rules of engagement and mission constraints.Produce actionable findings that drive remediation and risk reduction.Support high-value asset assessment requirements and offensive security maturity.
