We are seeking a dedicated HR Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of our HR information systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective utilization of HR technology solutions to support our HR processes and initiatives.
• Assist in the implementation and ongoing management of HR information systems, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and performance management systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and assist in designing system configurations.
• Support global payroll processes and ensure data accuracy within the HR systems.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and implement data governance protocols.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
• Ensure timely communication of HR programs within the organization.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR technology solutions.
• Assist in managing vendor relationships and coordinating system upgrades or enhancements.
• Support system integrations with other business applications.
• Assist in developing and delivering training programs to educate employees on how to effectively use HR systems.
• Administer global benefits programs and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze the results to provide actionable insights.
• 1-3 years of experience supporting HRIS platforms (Workday, Jobvite, Deel) and related technologies.
• Basic understanding of APIs for system integrations.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure components and concepts.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Familiarity with various operating systems.
• Basic understanding of computer networking principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
