We are looking for a detail-oriented but empathetic People Operations Coordinator to join our Operations team and take the reins on many of our day-to-day HR, benefits and payroll activities. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into the HR field - we’re happy to train someone who is excited to learn.
This role will be based in our Boston office, with an expectation of coming into the office five days a week.
What you’ll do (with ample training!):
Work with the recruiting team on new hire onboarding, including finding opportunities to automate workflows
Ensure new hires have the right equipment, access and swag on their first day
Manage benefit enrollment and execution of the annual open enrollment process
Run biweekly payroll
Own employee off-boarding
And as you get your feet under you, there will be opportunities to get exposure to other HR areas like immigration, compensation, and compliance.
Who you are:
1+ years of experience in an operations-focused role
Proficient in Google Suite
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Strong attention to detail and an appreciation for precision when it matters
Politely persistent, especially with vendors
A creative problem solver with a knack for consistently asking: is there a better way to do this?

Compensation:
Base Salary: $60,000-$80,000 annually, depending on experience
