We are recruiting Competency Managers to manage end-to-end engagements for our clients
The successful candidate will have prior experience in skills management and people management as well as pre-sales support.
We are looking for a responsible, articulate and motivated manager who can quickly identify vulnerabilities and obstacles and then develop creative solutions to any problems.
You will be responsible for managing a large number of employees +50 FTEs, and communicating performance indicators and performance measures (KPIs).
Missions and responsibilities of the Skills Manager:
• Analyze staffing needs.
• Recruit consultants within its scope.
• Ensure the needs of its teams in tools and working conditions.
• Ensure compliance with the salary scale of consultants.
• Deploy MDC HR policy and processes.
• Ensure compliance with the Internal Regulations as well as all the rules applied within the company.
• Administratively manage the consultants within its scope.
• Contribute to the development of service offerings at the Skills Department level.
• Identify and promote the talents of your team.
• Manage the entry and exit of project consultants.
Requirements
BAC+2 in Management or Engineering, you have acquired significant experience of 2 years as a Competency Manager or People Management.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (preferable)
English level B2-C1 Mandatory.
SKILLS :
• Ability to manage teams in an Offshore/Nearshore environment.
• Good communication skills, you are dynamic, responsive and have the ability to manage conflicts.
• You will be in contact with customers to meet their needs and establish qualitative relationships.
• Ability to anticipate and take a step back, autonomous and versatile, results-oriented.
• You are organized, open-minded and responsible and will know how to manage engineers.
• You are proactive and have a “corporate mindset” requiring versatility, agility and organization.
