ALTEN Mexico is looking for a Project Leader
Roles and responsabilities:
a. Quality-Cost-Delivery Manager:
• Monitor project risks.
• Prepare for and participate in monthly Steering Committees.
• Participate in the consolidation of operational reports (review of projects at the operational and financial levels).
• Lead multiple projects with a high level of commitment.
b. Coordinate Project Leaders and Team Leaders.
c. Manage the hierarchical and functional structure of Level 1 Project Leaders (PL1).
d. Transfer knowledge and ensure the skills development of your direct team, based on your experience.
f. Implement ALTEN's processes, methods, and tools (specifically the ADF kit).
g. Track KPIs and prepare operational project reports for the Project Manager.
h. Implement the quality, health, safety, and environmental standards defined by the Group and recommended by the client for your project.
Requirements
Electronics/Mechatronics/Computer Science Engineer
- Knowledge/Experience in embedded systems and software
- Advanced English
- Team management skills essential
- Additional: Project management knowledge (certification preferred), Scrum Master
