Your mission:
As a People & Talent Associate, you will support the full employee lifecycle at Insify: from hiring and onboarding to early performance and culture operations. We are looking for someone eager to grow into this role!
You will work closely with the Talent Lead and VP People to ensure that hiring runs smoothly, new joiners start strong, and managers are supported with structure and clarity. Some of the work is operational. Some of it is strategic. All of it matters.
This role is for someone who wants to learn how a high-performance People function is built from the inside.
What you’ll be up to (some examples):
Support hiring operations: scheduling, candidate communication, ATS hygienePrepare contracts, documentation, and ensure compliance accuracyCoordinate onboarding and ensure new joiners are set up for successSupport People operations including offboarding, HR systems, payroll inputs, and documentationHelp maintain policies and internal documentationAssist with engagement initiatives, surveys, and cultural touchpointsSupport office operations and internal events that strengthen team cohesionSpot process gaps and propose practical improvementsYou will help keep the People engine running smoothly as we scale.
