To thrive in this role, you bring a mix of experience
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience (HR diploma or in progress is a bonus!)2–4 years of recruiting experience—you know your stuff!Proven track record of building proactive sourcing strategies that deliver results.Tech-savvy and social media smart—bonus points for ATS experience.Confident negotiator with experience in salary discussions.Team player with strong collaboration skills and a can-do attitude.Quick thinker with a knack for creative problem-solving.Able to juggle multiple roles and priorities like a pro.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with ATS tools.Stellar communication and customer service skills.Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

Contract Duration: 8-month contract to cover a maternity leave, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role depending on business needs and individual performance.
