Compensation, Benefits and Perks
This is a 100% commission opportunity with uncapped and unlimited earning potential! Within your first year, you can earn commissions and qualify for in-house and manufacturer incentives.To support you during onboarding, you will receive payments to support your training (you get to keep the higher of the two: commission OR guaranteed training salary):First 6 months: guaranteed income of $4,000 monthly Second 6 months: guaranteed income of $3,000 monthlyAfter the training period, you'll earn pure commission on delivered goods, plus additional incentives. We also offer paid time off, generous employee discounts, extended health care, dental coverage, professional development programs, and opportunities for career growth.
