Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights
Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels
Monitor spend and performance daily to ensure campaigns stay within budget and deliver expected results
Make data-driven decisions to reallocate budget as needed to optimize performance
Collaborate with the web development team to optimize landing pages and conversion paths
Utilize heatmaps and user feedback to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
Language: Professional fluency in English, with superb communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
Experience: At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing
Essential Skills:
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Optimizely, VWO)
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, etc.)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent understanding of PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, and other performance marketing channels
Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and campaign analysis
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Understanding of user experience (UX) and customer journey mapping
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant work experience
