Working at the top of the funnel, you will combine market research with data-driven insights to accelerate hiring for our most critical searches. We are looking for a proactive "hunter" who can craft compelling outreach and leverage our proprietary technology to connect with healthcare professionals. You will partner with recruiting leadership to develop tailored sourcing strategies and provide the market intelligence needed to influence hiring decisions. The US total compensation range for this full-time position includes salary and commissions. Our ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training.
