Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)
  • Bonus Structure: RVU-based monthly incentives, averaging $500–$2,000
  • Sign-On / Retention Bonus: $50,000

About the Role

This full-time opportunity is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping patients regain movement, improve function, and enhance their quality of life. You will work closely with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care, while benefiting from a consistent weekday schedule and a strong clinic support system.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Administer manual therapy, exercise-based interventions, and therapeutic modalities
  • Track and reassess patient progress, modifying plans as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
  • Educate patients and caregivers on diagnoses, recovery plans, and home strategies
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
  • Use diagnostic tools and clinical reasoning to guide treatment
  • Promote preventive care and functional independence
  • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and ethical care standards


Qualifications

  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program (U.S.-based only, excluding Puerto Rico)
  • Master’s degree in Physical Therapy required; DPT preferred
  • Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona or license-eligible prior to start date
  • Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and time management skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered, outcomes-based care
