Responsibilities

• Assist Portuguese-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
• Provide detailed information about products and services, as well as support for order management and troubleshooting.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system for ongoing service improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Stay informed on product updates and promotions to provide the best possible information to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or retail sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and working knowledge of standard office software.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with financial support for the relocation process.
