WE ARE HIRING:
Requirements
+7 years of experience in communication agency (full service).
Proficiency English (fluent).
Degree in Communication, Marketing or similar.
Knowledge of 360 communication strategies (essential) (Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Events, PR).
Experience managing Influencer Marketing strategies
Client services.
Client Management.
Experience with corporate brands.
Activities
- Develop and supervise the strategic communication plan for Clients.
- Customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate the completion of projects.
- Monitoring the management of all assigned accounts.
- Management of expertise teams.
- Follow up on customer requests, understand the demands of the accounts to plan and design strategies and actions that meet the needs of customers.
- Coordinate and supervise the activities according to the agreed strategies.
- Manage, develop and review, with the team budgets for customers month by month or on special projects.
- Supervise press releases, newsletters and other communication materials.
- Manage with the team the information and selection of media by brands.
- Perform administrative activities such as collection, billing, purchase order requests and direct dealings with suppliers.
- Achieve the objectives and budgets of the area.
