Position Description
As an RPA professional at Accurate, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline and automate business processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Power Platform, Copilot and Gen AI along with the ability to integrate these technologies within the AWS environment.
Job Responsibilities:
RPA Solution Development: Design, develop, test, and implement RPA solutions using Power Platform, Copilot, SharePoint and Gen AI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and automate business processes for increased efficiency and accuracy.AWS Integration: Leverage AWS services to integrate RPA solutions seamlessly into existing systems and processes. Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of RPA applications on the AWS platform.AI Automation Skills (Power Automate + AWS Bedrock) Hands-on experience designing intelligent automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate integrated with Generative AI services. Experience leveraging Amazon Bedrock to build enterprise AI solutions using foundation models for content generation, summarization, classification, and decision support. Strong expertise in prompt engineering, including prompt design, optimization, and validation for consistent AI outputs in business workflows. Knowledge of integrating AI APIs into automated workflows for document processing, conversational automation, and workflow intelligence. Understanding of AI security, governance, and compliance, including secure data handling, prompt injection prevention, and responsible AI practices. Experience monitoring AI workflow performance, optimizing latency/cost, and improving automation reliability. Familiarity with enterprise automation architecture combining RPA, cloud AI services, and workflow orchestration. Process Analysis and Optimization: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for automation and improvement. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into RPA solutions. Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation for RPA solutions, ensuring comprehensive and clear documentation for future reference and maintenance.Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for RPA development, conduct testing, and ensure the quality and reliability of deployed solutions. Collaborate with QA teams to perform thorough testing and resolve any issues identified. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on the proper use of RPA solutions. Address and resolve any issues or inquiries related to RPA applications.
Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience of 10+ years as an RPA Developer with a focus on Power Platform, CoPilot, and Gen AI. Strong proficiency in AWS services and cloud-based architecture. Experience in SharePoint migration is a plusRelevant certifications in Power Platform and AI Implementation is a plus.Highly organized, analytical, and an effective problem solver who can manage multiple projects at once. Excellent communication & presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with business and technical teams.Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency.Team player, with a proven ability to lead and coordinate teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
