We are looking for a Principal Progression Designer to design, own, and evolve progression systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining progression systems that support player engagement, fairness, and long-term motivation in an online environment.
You will operate as a hands-on individual contributor within the Design Department, owning complex progression systems end-to-end and driving design initiatives within your domain. Overall game direction is set by Directors; this role focuses on high-quality execution, system ownership, and cross-team collaboration.
