Guerrilla is looking for a skilled and passionate Gameplay Creature Animator to bring a wide variety of machines and creatures to life — from grounded realistic quadrupeds to highly stylized characters. If you’re driven by hand-keyed animation, expressive motion, and have a flair for both realism and stylization, we want to hear from you!
The Gameplay Animation Team at Guerrilla is dedicated to delivering world-class animation that enhances gameplay while enriching the game world with believable creatures and engaging interactions. The Creature Animation sub-team focuses on breathing life into our mechanical and organic adversaries, ensuring every motion, gesture, and behavior feels both grounded and dynamic — whether realistic or stylized. We collaborate closely with Game Design, AI, Art, and Animation Tech to push the boundaries of creature animation in open-world gameplay.
