What You’ll Do:
Translate scripted scenes into cinematic visual sequences using our AI production toolsSelect, refine, and iterate on generated footage with a strong eye for tone, performance, and compositionShape narrative pacing by knowing when to linger, when to cut, and when to simplifyBuild cohesive short films from script to final cutPush back thoughtfully on scripts, shot choices, or visual directions when something isn’t landingMaintain emotional continuity and character integrity throughout the editBalance creative ambition with practical execution
What You’ll Bring:
Demonstrated experience in narrative filmmakingStrong editing instincts and a sharp sense of timingA cinematic eye: you understand framing, mood, and visual storytellingConfidence making creative decisions independentlyThe ability to spot when something feels “off” and articulate whyDetail orientation without losing sight of the bigger storyComfort working from script and shaping narrative arcsExperience editing narrative content (short films, features, scripted digital content, etc.)A curiosity about new creative tools (AI experience not required)
