We are looking for an experienced Producer to join our team and lead international production service projects and digital content productions.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience producing TV commercials (TVCs), television programs, documentaries, branded content, and digital video campaigns, while also understanding the needs of modern digital marketing and social media content production.
This role requires a professional who can successfully coordinate international filming projects in Greece, manage production logistics and crews, and collaborate with global clients, agencies, and brands.
Excellent English communication skills are essential, as the position involves working directly with international clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Production Management
• Oversee the end-to-end production process for TV commercials, TV shows, documentaries, branded content, and digital campaigns.
• Plan and manage production schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
International Production Services
• Organize and supervise production service projects for international productions filming in Greece.
• Coordinate locations, permits, crew, equipment, and logistics.
• Act as the local production lead for international clients and agencies.
Digital & Social Media Content
• Work with creative teams to produce digital marketing content, social media videos, and branded campaigns.
• Understand the production needs of short-form digital content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Client Management
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
• Translate creative briefs into efficient production plans and ensure smooth project execution.
Budgeting & Production Planning
• Prepare production budgets and cost estimates.
• Negotiate with crew, vendors, and suppliers to optimize resources and production value.
Requirements
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Producer or Production Manager in film, television, commercial production, or branded content.
• Strong experience producing TVCs, TV programs, documentaries, and digital video content.
• Understanding of digital marketing, branded content, and social media video campaigns.
• Experience working with international clients or agencies is highly desirable.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced production environment.
• Based in Greece.

• Knowledge of filming permits and production logistics in Greece.
