Role Summary:

Join our dynamic Design team at Quizizz as a Product Designer! We're on the lookout for a creative powerhouse in the design space. We're looking for someone passionate about leading large charters and solve complex problems. If you're thrilled about collaborating with a globally dispersed design team and facilitating the growth and connection of design projects across Quizizz global offices, you're the candidate we're looking for!

What You'll do:

Craft and deliver high-fidelity, intuitive, and elegant design flows for exciting new features/pages, swiftly prototyping innovative solutions.

Possess an eye for detail, perfectly balancing visual aesthetics, creativity, and user-friendliness to enhance the Quizizz experience.

Showcase a deep portfolio illustrating your creative prowess in bringing features to life with a touch of Quizizz magic.

Act as a natural leader and enthusiastic designer, guiding and inspiring team members with the energy of a Quizizz champion.

Evaluate and influence feature experience journeys, making them stand out in the competitive ed-tech space and shaping the Quizizz product direction.

Oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring that Quizizz's signature blend of user-centered, visually appealing, and functional product designs shines through.

Collaborate with our vibrant team of product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design efforts seamlessly with Quizizz's overall mission and timelines.

Leverage data, business insights, and the unique needs of our users to inform and advocate for your design direction, ensuring every design decision is a Quizizz win!

Who You Are:

Bring 5+ years of experience in crafting creatives for B2B / progressive product organizations, with expertise in UI, motion, and product design.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects efficiently.

Stay abreast of technology trends to infuse modern design inspiration.

Demonstrate a solid understanding of design principles—typography, color theory, layout, and composition.

Solve problems creatively and interpret abstract business concepts into tangible creatives.

Showcase your digital design prowess in a portfolio featuring in-depth case studies and a clean/modern design thought process.
