You’re not just supporting product; you’re helping build it. As a Product Management Intern at Lio, you work at the intersection of Product, Customers, and Internal Operations, taking real ownership in a fast-moving AI company.
In this role, you will:
Work closely with the product team on feature discovery, user research, and go-to-market for new capabilities
Own release communication by turning engineering updates into clear changelogs, release notes, and customer-facing updates
Support customer onboarding and adoption by identifying friction points and improving product usage
Build internal automations (e.g. n8n, Make, Zapier) connecting tools like Linear, GitHub, Slack, Intercom, Notion, and PostHog
Analyze product usage data, define KPIs, and build dashboards to drive product decisions
Join customer calls, collect feedback, and translate insights into actionable product improvements
Identify UX friction, propose solutions, and help prototype and ship improvements
You’re a good fit for this role if you:
Have a background in engineering, business informatics, management & technology, or business with a strong interest in tech
Have built something before (e.g. automation, dashboard, side project) and enjoy figuring things out hands-on
Think analytically and can translate data and feedback into clear recommendations
Thrive in fast-paced environments without predefined playbooks
Communicate clearly across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams
Have strong opinions on what makes a product intuitive and impactful
At Lio, you won’t just support; you’ll own. You’ll work with real enterprise customers, ship meaningful improvements, and contribute directly to product decisions. If you want to experience how a category-defining AI company is built from the inside, this is your chance. Are you in?
