We are seeking a Product Manager focused on Analytics to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of analytics and reporting capabilities within a large-scale personalization platform.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver analytics features that provide clear and actionable insights for marketers. These insights help customers measure campaign effectiveness, understand customer behavior, and optimize digital experiences.
The ideal candidate combines product management expertise with a strong understanding of data, analytics, and marketing performance metrics, and has experience working in SaaS environments.
Define and manage the product roadmap for analytics and reporting capabilities.
Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications for engineering teams.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, and Data Science teams to deliver high-quality analytics features.
Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
Act as the subject matter expert for analytics functionality, communicating product progress and roadmap to stakeholders.
Work with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand customer needs and ensure successful product adoption.
Identify opportunities to enhance dashboards, reporting capabilities, and analytics insights for customers.
Support data-driven decision-making through analytics tools, experimentation, and reporting frameworks.
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst in a SaaS environment.
Experience defining and launching analytics, reporting, or business intelligence products.
Strong understanding of marketing metrics, sales funnel dynamics, and customer behavior analytics.
Experience working in Agile development environments (Scrum or similar).
Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data teams.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and English fluency.
Experience in Marketing Technology (MarTech) platforms.
Experience working with analytics or BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar.
Familiarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc.).
Understanding of A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven optimization.
Experience working with data teams or SQL-based analytics environments.
