Key Responsibilities
Product Vision and Strategy: Define and execute the product vision for cross-border payment solutions, aligning with Glomopay's mission to provide secure and compliant global transactions.
Product Roadmap Development: Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure the successful launch and maintenance of payment products.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, analyzing product performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all payment solutions are compliant with local and global regulations, including AML and CFT standards.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates and changes to internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Sales Engagement and Growth:
Directly engage with merchants from the beginning of the sales cycle to understand their needs and showcase the value proposition of Glomopay's cross-border payment solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key merchant partners to drive adoption and retention.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our merchant base.
Requirements
Experience: At least 3+ years of product management experience in fintech, preferably in cross-border payments.
Skills: Strong understanding of payment systems, cross-border transactions, and regulatory compliance. Excellent sales and negotiation skills are essential.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a technical field.
Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
