As part of the product team, build the product vision and execute on the prioritized roadmap for your product area
Seek product ideas and feedback from stakeholders, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows
Define clear and well-scoped requirements documents that are easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences
Participate in user research initiatives with the design and user research teams to understand customer problems and identify and iterate on solutions
Define, track, and analyze key metrics to drive product growth
Strong analytical/quantitative and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in information technology, computer science, or similar is required. An advanced degree is an advantage but not required.
At least 3 years of experience working as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, internal backoffice product, large-scale products.
Successful track record in planning, developing and executing strategy for multiple projects while collaborating cross-functionally
Analytical and data-driven, you love digging into the data to understand what’s happening and define & measure success on every project.
You know how to work with agile product development teams and are excited about identifying new ways to help your team be effective.
Extensive hands-on experience working across multiple disciplines presenting findings to an executive audience.
Have strong analytical skill with an emphasis on product development.
Passionate and can influence the team to work together effectively toward the same goal.
High proficiency in communication skills, written and spoken (both in Bahasa Indonesia and English), and are a confident communicator.
Prior experience in building B2B product platforms is a great plus.
