Product Manager

Now, we’re looking for a Product Manager who understands how to build, scale, and monetize consumer products.

What you’ll do

• Own the product roadmap from idea → launch → scale
• Drive retention, engagement, and monetization
• Build and optimize gamification systems to increase daily usage
• Design and run A/B tests to improve conversion and LTV
• Work closely with growth, design, and engineering teams
• Turn user behavior and data into clear product decisions
• Continuously improve onboarding, paywalls, and core user flows

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management

• Experience in B2C mobile apps (subscription-based is a big plus)

• Strong understanding of monetization, retention, and LTV

• Hands-on experience with gamification and growth loops

• Data-driven mindset (comfortable with analytics & experiments)

• Fast execution, ownership, and startup energy

• Strong communication skills
