Role Overview
We are looking for a Portuguese-speaking Enterprise Account Manager (Brazil Focus) to drive our B2B growth across Brazil while working from our London office. This role will collaborate closely with Brazil-based clients and operate with approximately a 3-hour working-time overlap to support meetings, demos, and enterprise sales activities.
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow enterprise accounts across Brazil
- Identify, prospect, and close new B2B opportunities (HR, L&D, Customer Support teams)
- Run product demos and enterprise presentations in Portuguese and English
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution
- Build long-term partnerships and expand account revenue through upsells and renewals
- Share market insights with product and growth teams to support expansion
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent Portuguese and strong English communication skills
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or partnerships
- Experience selling SaaS, EdTech, HRTech, or enterprise software is a strong plus
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working with Brazil-based clients across a ~3-hour time difference
- Self-starter mindset suited to a fast-moving startup environment
- Currently residing in the London and able to work on-site in London
