What will you do 😎
You will build and scale AI-native product features — from opportunity discovery to measurable impact. You will report directly to our CPO.
Your contribution to our success 🤓
You turn ambiguous problems into AI-enabled product solutions
You design human-in-the-loop systems balancing automation and control
You demonstrate features and product concepts to internal and external stakeholders
You partner closely with engineering, data and design to ship fast and iterate faster
You measure and analyze metrics and behavior to drive continuous product improvement
Who we are looking for 🕵🏽♀️
You collected 3+ years of experience in product management – Experience in fintech or building AI-powered or data-heavy products is a plus
You have strong technical fluency and understand APIs, data pipelines, LLM capabilities and limitations
You already demonstrated the ability to work with engineering and design to create delightful products
You have strong analytical skills, structured and data driven approach and excellent interpersonal skills
You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving fast in evolving AI landscapes
You gathered experience with agile development processes and tools (Linear, Notion, Asana, JIRA, etc.)
You strive for well-functioning processes and for communicating these clearly
You are self-motivated and comfortable managing several projects of different complexity at the same time
You have a valid EU work permit and reside within the EU. re:cap does not offer visa or relocation support at the moment
