You’ll join Zip’s Consumer Propositions & Portfolio squad, a team focused on shaping, evolving and scaling the products that sit at the heart of our consumer offering. Working closely with product, marketing, risk, finance, operations and customer teams, this squad balances bold innovation with disciplined execution to drive sustainable, profitable growth.

As a Product Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end success of one or more consumer financial products. From defining strategy and product construct through to roadmap delivery and commercial outcomes, you’ll bring together customer insight, data and cross-functional collaboration to build experiences that genuinely change the game for our customers and merchants.

What you'll own

• Setting and evolving the product strategy for your assigned product or products, balancing immediate priorities with long-term growth
• Ownership of the product construct, including pricing, features, limits, interest free periods and account types
• Defining, maintaining and delivering a clear, high-quality product roadmap that drives customer and commercial outcomes
• Driving measurable business performance across revenue, growth, cost of sales and portfolio health
• Partnering with digital and journey teams to influence end-to-end customer experiences that unlock value
• Working with Marketing to define compelling customer and merchant value propositions, messaging and targeting
• Championing operational excellence by working closely with customer support, sales and operations teams
• Regularly reviewing and optimising the existing portfolio to drive profitable, sustainable growth
• Ensuring products remain compliant by partnering closely with legal, compliance and risk
• Owning product performance metrics, KPIs and OKRs to track success and inform decision making
• Acting as the internal advocate for your product by staying deeply connected to customers and merchants through regular engagement

What you'll bring to the team

• Experience in product management within technology, payments or financial services, with a strong focus on customer outcomes
• Proven ability to use data and insights to design, launch and scale products
• Strong commercial acumen with experience driving financial and growth results
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship skills, with the ability to build alignment and momentum across teams
• Compelling storytelling skills that bring people along on the ‘why’ behind product decisions
• A bias for action and an emerging leadership mindset that leads through doing
• Ability to translate product strategy into clear growth, engagement and performance metrics
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments while creating space for collaboration and diverse perspectives
• A mindset that embraces AI and new tools to adapt, learn and grow.
