🎁 Benefits & Culture: See here
📈 Equity: A very generous EMI share offering
🌴 Holiday: 26 days + bank holidays
💗 Mission: Elevate later life for everybody and build the care sector of the future
💻 Office Policy: Hybrid, Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office
🌍 Office Location: London Bridge, London, UK
🔍 The Opportunity:
The care sector is being transformed by technology, and we're looking for a B2B Product Marketing Manager to help our 6,000+ care providers get the most from Lottie and our SaaS product, Found. You'll own how we communicate product value, drive adoption of new features, and help partners succeed — whether they're using Lottie’s marketplace to drive revenue or Found to run their operations.
This role is both strategic and hands-on. You'll own and shape the product marketing function—defining what good looks like, setting priorities, and building the playbook—not waiting to be told what to do. But you'll also be in the work daily: writing copy, building campaigns, and creating partner communications. You'll leverage AI tools extensively to move fast and punch above your weight. We're looking for someone who embodies "outcomes over output"—measuring success by partner engagement and feature adoption, not by the volume of assets produced.
💻 What does this role involve?
Owning product launches end-to-end—taking full ownership of GTM from strategy through execution, pulling together Product, Design, CRM and Content.
Developing positioning and messaging for both Lottie marketplace and Found that resonates with care operators and regional managers.
Pioneering AI-powered content creation—including personalised video at scale. We're building towards a world where we can generate account-specific demos and materials directly connected to our codebase. You'll be at the cutting edge of what's possible with AI video tools, helping us create personalised experiences for each partner.
Building customer evidence through testimonials, case studies, and success stories.
Defining the metrics that matter—not just opens and clicks, but whether partners adopt features and improve their own results like conversion and occupancy.
💪 What problems will you be solving?
Driving adoption of what we build – We ship constantly. You'll make sure partners know about new features, use them, and see real business results.
Driving upgrades and expansion – Converting high-usage partners to additional modules through well-designed upsell journeys.
Making complex technology feel simple – Crafting stories that help partners see how Lottie and Found solve their real problems: filling beds, managing enquiries, reducing admin.
Helping partners succeed – You'll develop educational content, guides, and campaigns that help our existing partners get more value from the platform. Partner success is your primary measure.
Building credibility in a traditional sector – You'll develop customer evidence and success stories that show care providers what's possible when they embrace technology.
👀 We think you’ll be a great fit if…
You have 3-5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or marketplace businesses.
You're obsessed with AI and excited by what's now possible. You've experimented with AI video tools, use AI writing assistants daily, and get genuinely excited about personalisation at scale. You see a future where every partner gets content tailored to them—and you want to build it.
You love getting close to customers. You'll talk to partners, research their problems, learn their jargon, and understand their world—so your messaging actually resonates.
You're a natural storyteller. You know how to craft a narrative so it's genuinely engaging—putting a list of features into an email isn't enough.
You're a strong writer. You can make complex products feel simple and valuable in a single sentence.
You care about adoption metrics, not vanity metrics. Opens and clicks matter less to you than actual feature usage.
You’re excited to get stuff done yourself, but you also know when to leverage the expertise of others—like our graphic designer, CRM lead, and partner team to get the best result.
Sound like you but not quite 100%? Apply anyway - we're looking for potential and passion, not perfect a CV match
💔 This role isn’t for you if…
Our mission to elevate later life care doesn't resonate with you.
You see yourself as a strategist who directs others—this role requires you to get stuff done yourself (but not alone!)
You're more comfortable with brand marketing than product marketing—we need someone who loves the detail of features, use cases, and partner communications.
You want a big team and established processes—you'll be building a lot from scratch.
You haven't embraced AI tools or aren't curious about using them to move faster.
You only care about your individual impact—this is a team sport and success means making others around you better.
