Requirements
About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and hands-on Product Owner to lead end-to-end feature management at Docyt. This role requires ownership from ideation to release — ensuring features are clearly defined, technically sound, and delivered on time. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to build impactful product capabilities in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment. This is a high-ownership role suited for individuals who thrive in building mode and are comfortable working beyond conventional schedules when required.
Key Responsibilities:
● Own the end-to-end lifecycle of feature development — from requirement gathering to release.
● Maintain and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals.
● Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and detailed solutions.
● Collaborate closely with engineering teams on:
○ Technical implementation decisions
○ Development feasibility
○ Infrastructure considerations
● Scope features accurately and close final implementation details before release.
● Ensure timely delivery of product releases.
● Define and track product metrics to drive:
○ Adoption of self-serve product experiences
○ Optimization of the product pipeline
● Monitor performance post-release and iterate based on insights and user behavior.
● Work in a high-speed AI environment where rapid experimentation and delivery are expected.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's Degree in information technology or related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
● 3–4 years of experience managing the product lifecycle.
● Strong experience in feature scoping, requirement documentation, and release management.
● Ability to work closely with engineering teams on technical design and infrastructure discussions.
● Experience working in fast-paced startup or building environments.
● Strong analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking product metrics.
● Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
● Strong ownership mentality and ability to independently drive initiatives
Preferred Background:
● Technical or coding background is highly preferred.
● Experience working directly with engineering teams on architectural and development decisions.
● Familiarity with AI-driven products or SaaS platforms is a plus
