THE ROLE:
As a Production Administrator you will be required to:

• Comply with health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Expedite parts and update plans using ERP/MRP systems
• Maintain shop floor paperwork and accurate works order bookings
• Keep records updated in ERP/MRP and manual logs during downtime
• Coordinate HR tasks (interviews, holidays, training registers)
• Manage internal communications and support HSE briefings
• Assist with KPI tracking, requisitions, and booking-in
• Perform general clerical duties and other tasks as required
   

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal Production Administrator:

• Strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office packages
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
• Good communication skills
• Problem solver with the ability to act quickly
• Good team worker with the ability to prioritise multiple demands
• Attention to detail
• Positive attitude
• Personable and friendly approach
