About the Company
Why We Built Lyric: Supply chains are more critical and complex than ever. Every day, large enterprises navigate trillions of possible decisions that could impact the bottom line. Powerful algorithms and AI can address these problems, yet most organizations struggle to leverage supply chain AI at scale. The current SCM technologies are either rigid, limited-scope point solutions or custom solutions built in-house, which demand immense expertise and investment.
That is…until now.
Enter Lyric: Lyric is an enterprise AI platform built specifically for supply chains, offering the best of both worlds:
Out-of-the-box AI solutions for optimizing networks, allocating inventory, scheduling routes, planning fulfillment capacity, promising orders, propagating demand, building predictions, analyzing scenarios, and more, plus
A platform-first approach that empowers both business and technical users with end-to-end product composability, leveraging no-code tools, their own code, or even forking our code to build and refine supply chain decision intelligence
With Lyric, enterprises no longer have to choose between flexibility and speed, they get both.
The Mission: We’re building a new era in supply chain with the team best equipped to lead it. With over 20 years at the intersection of supply chain and algorithms, we developed a deep conviction that global supply chains needed something like Lyric. Since our inception in December 2021, that conviction has been validated time and time again.
Today, a growing number of Fortune 500 companies, including Smurfit WestRock, Estée Lauder, Coca-Cola, and more, are innovating on their own terms with Lyric. We can’t wait to see what our customers, both current and future, are empowered to build with us next. Come build with us!
Lyric is hiring experienced supply chain engineers to lead the design and delivery of high-impact customer implementations on our AI-native supply chain platform. This is a senior, customer-facing role that blends solution architecture with hands-on delivery leadership, translating real-world supply chain challenges into scalable, high-value solutions built on Lyric's composable platform.
This is not a purely advisory role. Every member of Lyric's consulting team is expected to be deeply hands-on, leading customers through complex decisions while personally building on the platform. Our delivery teams are lean by design, and we hire people who thrive in that environment: experienced practitioners who still love to build.
You will partner closely with customers, Customer Success Business Partners, and Product and Engineering teams to bring the best of Lyric's capabilities to life, whether by building simulation models, designing planning workflows, or embedding predictive intelligence into operational processes. The ideal candidate brings deep domain expertise in at least one of our two core practice areas: Modeling & Scenario Analysis or Planning & Execution, and is comfortable spanning both traditional and frontier use cases within those domains.

Candidates should have strong working knowledge in at least one of the following domains. Within each, we tackle both traditional best-practice use cases and frontier AI/ML-powered applications.
Helping customers simulate and optimize supply chain networks, inventory strategies, transportation flows, and sourcing policies. You'll use Lyric's modeling environment to deliver scenario planning capabilities that support strategic decisions like network redesign, capacity expansion, and production frequency planning, including frontier use cases that leverage ML-driven inputs and probabilistic modeling to push beyond traditional what-if analysis.
Supporting operational and tactical workflows such as demand forecasting, supply and replenishment planning, fulfillment optimization, and S&OP. You'll help customers embed science into their planning logic and design end-to-end flows that balance service, cost, and inventory risk, spanning everything from classical planning heuristics to ML-based forecasting, dynamic demand prediction, anomaly detection, and AI-assisted decision workflows.
