This role supports the Project Management Office (PMO) within Lightcast Professional Services by assisting with project coordination, documentation, and basic reporting. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone early in their career who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in learning project management, operations, and client delivery.
Major Responsibilities:
Support project coordination by helping track timelines, deliverables, and project updates
Assist with maintaining project documentation, including notes, files, and status updates
Update and maintain project information in systems such as Salesforce and Jira
Help ensure project records and documentation are accurate and up to date
Assist in pulling basic reports and tracking project-related data as needed
Support the Professional Services and Client Success teams with administrative and coordination tasks
Communicate with internal teams to gather updates and keep projects moving forward
Perform other administrative or project support duties as needed
Education and Experience:
High school diploma required; associate’s degree, certifications, or relevant coursework is a plus
Open to candidates with transferable experience or strong interest in project management, operations, or client services
Internship, part-time, or early career experience in administrative, operations, or customer-facing roles is helpful but not required
Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (comfortable with spreadsheets and simple data tracking)
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Jira, or similar systems is a plus, but not required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on assignments
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
