We are seeking dynamic, motivated, and creative Program Counselors / Senior Program Counselors to join the Degree and Certification (Online Sales) team. This role involves counselling working professionals, managing qualified leads, and driving enrollments across a portfolio of career-focused programs delivered in collaboration with leading academic institutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel senior and mid-level working professionals on online degree and certification programs.
• Manage and convert a steady flow of qualified inbound leads through consultative selling.
• Own the complete sales lifecycle, from initial engagement to final enrollment.
• Conduct need-based counselling to help learners choose the right program aligned with their career goals.
• Follow up with prospects to close enrollments, including support with payments and documentation.
• Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Build strong learner relationships through mentoring, guidance, and high-quality customer service.
• Consistently deliver a positive and professional learner experience.

Experience & Skills Required

• 1–7 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, or B2C Sales (education sales preferred).
• Strong persuasion, consultative selling, and objection-handling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal abilities.
• High level of empathy, patience, and active listening skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
