Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage sales and go-to-market programs supporting the company’s cybersecurity initiatives.
- Develop, maintain, and present reporting dashboards, KPI tracking, and performance insights to leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Client Success teams.
- Ensure program deliverables are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Support pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales efficiency.
- Maintain strong attention to detail across documentation, processes, and program workflows.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare executive summaries, and track action items to ensure follow-through.
- Build productive working relationships with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to optimize GTM execution.
Requirements
- 2 years+ of experience in Project Management, Sales Operations, GTM Program Management, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.
- Experience supporting cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology-driven sales teams is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience using CRM and reporting tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, BI dashboards).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Client Success.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, and GTM strategy.
- Proven ability to build repeatable processes, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
- Comfortable working with data, metrics, and systems to inform decisions and drive program success.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
