Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage sales and go-to-market programs supporting the company’s cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Develop, maintain, and present reporting dashboards, KPI tracking, and performance insights to leadership.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Client Success teams.
  • Ensure program deliverables are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Support pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales efficiency.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail across documentation, processes, and program workflows.
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare executive summaries, and track action items to ensure follow-through.
  • Build productive working relationships with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to optimize GTM execution.

Requirements

  • 2 years+ of experience in Project Management, Sales Operations, GTM Program Management, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology-driven sales teams is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience using CRM and reporting tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, BI dashboards).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Client Success.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, and GTM strategy.
  • Proven ability to build repeatable processes, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Comfortable working with data, metrics, and systems to inform decisions and drive program success.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
