The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset. If you bring high energy and a positive attitude, we want to hear from you! As a Project Manager - Content Operations, you will play a crucial role in content production process, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of content projects, managing timelines, resources, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and facilitate communication between stakeholders and team members.
  • Create and maintain project documentation and progress reports.
  • Establish efficient processes for localizing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Work with external developers and freelancers on outsourced projects.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks requested by Content team members.

 

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Design and Development, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in the IT services or gaming industry.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and workflows.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently and simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • A passion for game development and emerging technologies.
