Project Manager - DTE Deployment (Commercial Area)

You will lead the deployment of the Digital Trade Engagement (DTE) solution in the US market. The project focuses on implementing a payment solution for trade incentives to retailers within the DTE platform, which is built on Salesforce Experience Cloud. The role requires strong project governance, cross-functional coordination, and close collaboration with Commercial and IT stakeholders to ensure a successful rollout.
You will:
- Lead the end-to-end deployment of the DTE solution, ensuring project objectives and timelines are met.
- Establish and maintain project governance, including reporting, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Commercial, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and delivery.
- Manage project planning, milestones, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive structured communication and project cadence (“drumbeat”) across multiple teams and markets.
- Ensure alignment of the technical solution based on Salesforce Experience Cloud with business requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of DTE capabilities such as Retail Tasking, B2B eOrdering, Retail-as-a-Service activities, and loyalty/reward mechanisms.
Requirements
- Experience as a Project Manager leading complex, cross-functional projects.
- Hands-on experience with DTE (Digital Trade Engagement) platform.
- Strong skills in project governance, stakeholder management, and cross-team coordination.
- Experience working with commercial and IT teams in digital transformation or platform deployment projects.
- Ability to manage projects in international environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Availability to work in or close to US time zone.
