Project Manager - IT Applications & Digital Transformation
CCDS is seeking a Saudi Project Manager with strong experience in IT Applications and Digital Transformation to lead strategic projects for a high-level government entity in Riyadh.
As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with various teams to implement innovative IT solutions that align with our strategic objectives. Your leadership and organizational skills will be key in driving project success and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT application projects focused on digital transformation, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements, goals, and success metrics.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that outline key milestones, resources, and risk management strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication with clients and various teams to ensure project alignment and transparency.
- Monitor project progress, conduct regular reviews, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
- Conduct training and workshops to promote the effective use of IT applications among users.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies related to IT applications and digital transformation, providing insights to enhance project outcomes.
Requirements
- Saudi Nationality is required.
- Minimum 4+ years of solid experience in:
- IT Applications projects
- Digital Transformation initiatives
- PMP Certification (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid)
- Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders and vendors
- Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects with a focus on digital initiatives.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, or PRINCE2.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.
- Relevant project management certifications are highly advantageous.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong presentation abilities.
