Senior Project Manager Product Development - Medical
Successful, efficient and process-compliant implementation of strategic / complex product development projects, taking into account the needs of all stakeholders.
- Implementation of complex global product development projects in the medical environment
- Technical leadership of global interdisciplinary project teams
- Manage the schedule, as well as cost and functional goals of the project
- Assign and monitor tasks within the project team
- Create and update project plans and required documentation
- Apply, improve and ensure adherence to defined processes
- Establish and maintain an required project structure and create a culture of accountability
- Reporting of the project status in GATE and milestone meeting
Qualifications
- Completed technical studies with further training in business administration
- At least 5 years of experience as a project manager in device development in the MDR environment, preferably for plastic components in injection molding
- Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken (German is an advantage)
- Project management certification is a plus
- Team player with a high level of initiative and motivation to lead projects to success
