Property Law Graduate
Job Summary
The Property Law Graduate will support the legal team in handling property-related matters, gaining practical experience in conveyancing and property transactions. This entry-level role is designed for recent law graduates or early-career lawyers who want to develop expertise in property law under the supervision of qualified solicitors or conveyancers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of property-related legal documents, including contracts, leases, transfers, and deeds.
- Conduct research on property law, regulations, and compliance issues.
- Support conveyancing and property transaction processes by gathering necessary documents and performing due diligence.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, banks, and other stakeholders to obtain information and updates.
- Maintain accurate records, case files, and document management systems.
- Draft correspondence and legal memos under supervision.
- Assist in resolving legal queries related to property, land, and real estate transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with property law developments, regulations, and best practices.
- Provide general administrative support to the property law team as required.
