QA Automation Intern - Belgrade - Hybrid

We are looking for a motivated QA Automation Intern to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in testing modern software applications, building automated test scripts, and working closely with developers to ensure high-quality product releases. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who want real-world exposure to software testing and automation frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts
- Execute automated and manual test cases for web and/or mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers and QA team members to understand requirements and test coverage
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and QA reviews
- Help improve test processes, documentation, and automation coverage
- Analyze test results and report findings clearly and concisely
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts (SDLC, STLC, test cases, defect lifecycle)
- Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
- Basic knowledge of automation testing tools or frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, APIs) and relational database (T-SQL)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
