Reception & Front of House

• Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and employees, providing a warm, professional and welcoming experience.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is maintained to a high standard at all times and remains clean, organised and presentable.
• Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing callers to the appropriate person or department.
• Accurately take and relay messages, ensuring information is passed on in a timely manner.
• Receive, record and distribute all parcels and deliveries, notifying relevant personnel upon arrival

Facilities & Administrative Support

• Provide administrative support to the Facilities team, particularly with Health & Safety documentation and records including monitoring the Health and Safety inbox.
• Assist with invoicing processes, including logging invoices, tracking approvals and maintaining accurate records.
• Support the Facilities team with utilities administration for all stores nationwide, including data collection, reporting and general coordination
• Provide general administrative support to the Building Manager as required for Head Office operations.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30

Requirements

Essential

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proven administrative experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent telephone manner with a professional and confident approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Personable, professional, well-presented and self-motivated.

Desirable

• Health & Safety administrative experience.
• Experience supporting facilities or building management functions.
• Utilities administration experience.
