[solidcore] is looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. This role is for someone who brings the same intensity and passion to talent acquisition that our coaches bring to the studio floor! Reporting to the TA Manager, this position is ideal for someone eager to gain exposure to all facets of talent acquisition within our rapidly growing company.
The Recruiter will serve as the primary talent acquisition partner for an assigned regional territory, collaborating with the TA Manager, hiring leaders, and candidates to create a best-in-class onboarding experience consistent with [solidcore] brand standards. You will own the end-to-end talent acquisition process for your region, including scouting, sourcing, interviewing, and hosting auditions for coach candidates across multiple studios in your territory – helping us find individuals who can challenge our clients to discover their strongest selves.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Recruitment Ownership
Serve as the dedicated recruiter for an assigned regional cluster, owning all coach recruitment activities for 30+ studio locationsManage recruitment for full-time field leadership positionsLead recruitment for 150-300+ coach hires annually across regional training cohortsBuild and maintain a robust talent pipeline specific to your region's unique market dynamicsDevelop deep knowledge of your region's competitive landscape, compensation trends, and talent availabilityField Recruiting
Scout, source, interview, and audition potential coach candidates throughout your assigned regionScreen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews with candidatesLead both live and virtual auditions, assessing candidates against [solidcore] coaching standardsCoordinate and schedule interviews, auditions, and follow-up communicationsPartner with field leaders on hiring decisions and candidate selectionSupport the candidate experience through the offer and onboarding processMaintain accurate candidate records in the company's applicant tracking systemStrategic Market Development
Develop and implement recruitment strategies specific to your regional marketsCollaborate with 2-3 Training Managers in your region to understand each market's unique talent needs and coaching stylesBuild relationships with fitness communities, gyms, studios, and universities in key marketsIdentify and activate new sourcing channels specific to your regional territoryTravel regularly to studio locations throughout your region to conduct in-person auditions and sourcing visitsParticipate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities within your marketsStakeholder Collaboration & Communication
Partner closely with studio leadership to forecast hiring needsProvide regular updates on recruitment metrics, pipeline status, and market insights for your regional territoryCoordinate training logistics including orientation scheduling and new hire communicationsAssist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in your regionContribute ideas and suggestions to improving the candidate experienceEscalate complex recruitment challenges to the TA Manager with proposed solutions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisitionConsistently manage at least 4 open full-time requisitions while maintaining high-quality pipelines.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an enthusiastic, outgoing personalityAbility to build rapport with diverse candidates and team membersExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment toolsPassion for fitness and understanding of the fitness industryEnergy and enthusiasm to represent the [solidcore] brand with authenticityAdaptability to thrive in our fast-paced, rapidly growing environmentWillingness to travel regularly throughout assigned regional territory (25-40% travel expected)
