About the role
As a recruiting coordinator at Nudge, you will:
Coordinate all candidate interview logistics (scheduling, travel, meals, materials, onsite hosting) and serve as primary point of contact throughout the process
Provide interview preparation support and company information to candidates while communicating progress updates to hiring teams
Support referral coordination and internal communications across the hiring process
Maintain accurate candidate records and interview feedback in ATS system
Assist with onboarding logistics (paperwork, system access, first-day coordination)
About you
2+ years of experience in recruiting/HR coordination and/or project management/calendar management
Proficiency with ATS systems, scheduling platforms, and Google Workspace
Exceptionally organized with meticulous attention to detail and strong follow-through
Clear, concise communicator with excellent customer service skills
Self-directed and proactive with high ownership mentality
Team-oriented mindset with adaptability to changing priorities and last-minute requests
Experience in fast-paced, startup environment preferred
