The Role
We're looking for someone detail oriented to come in and manage our technical recruiting process end-to-end, from suggesting process improvements to making sure no applicant emails fall through the cracks. No prior recruiting experience necessary.
Responsibilities
Emailing & coordinating with applicantsSchedule calls/takehomes/onsitesMake sure no messages fall through the cracksBasic evaluation of our coding challenge take home assignmentInitial batch incoming resume reviewImprove applicant tracking management + process integration with Lever15m calls with applicants to excite them about Tutor IntelligenceSupport recruiting eventsChip in with other tasks - we're a small startup and we wear many hats; people are often expected to support tasks outside of their typical responsibilities
